Pricing

Fixed price, agreed before work starts.

No hourly billing surprises. Scope is agreed on a call, then the price is the price. If the scope changes, we requote before anything is built.

Project work

One-time, for a defined scope.

These cover every one of the four engineering pillars. Which tier a project lands in is about complexity, not which service you picked.

Starter

$500 to $900

A first site or store, live and working.

  • Up to 5 pages, or a Shopify store setup
  • Responsive down to mobile
  • Contact form and basic SEO
  • Launch on your hosting
  • 2 weeks typical turnaround

Custom

$4,000 and up

SaaS, ERP, or anything with real complexity.

  • Architecture and database design
  • Multi-user roles, auth, permissions
  • AI automation and data pipelines
  • Deployment, monitoring, handover docs
  • Scoped together before anything is quoted

Prices are in USD and reflect a studio based in Istanbul — the same engineering at a fraction of a US or EU agency rate.

Marketing retainers

Monthly, for work that never finishes.

Separate from the tiers above because the shape is different: a campaign is not a deliverable with an end date. Ad spend is excluded and billed to your own accounts.

Launch

$400 to $700

per month

One channel, run properly, while you find out what works.

  • One paid channel — search or social
  • Campaign setup, audiences and creative direction
  • Conversion tracking wired into the product
  • Monthly report in plain language
  • Ad spend billed to your own accounts, not ours
Talk about a retainer

Partner

$2,000 and up

per month

Marketing and engineering on the same roadmap.

  • Full-funnel ownership across every channel
  • Product and marketing planned as one backlog
  • Development hours included each month
  • Custom dashboards on your own data
  • Scoped together before anything is committed
Talk about a retainer

Retainers run month to month with 30 days' notice either way. There is no minimum term, because a minimum term is what you need when the work does not speak for itself.

The questions a price list raises

What happens if the scope changes?
We requote, and nothing gets built against the new scope until you have agreed the new number. A change is a decision you make with a price in front of you, not a line on an invoice you discover later.
Why is this cheaper than a US or EU agency?
Because the studio is in Istanbul and carries a fraction of the overhead. It is not cheaper because the work is junior or offshored — the engineer who scopes your project is the one who builds it.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit, along with the repository, the server and every credential. There is nothing in the arrangement that makes leaving expensive.
Is hosting included?
Deployment is. The hosting itself is billed to your own account, because putting it on ours is exactly the dependency the hosting pillar exists to avoid.
What if you are not the right team for this?
Then that is what you will hear on the scope call, for free, in thirty minutes. It is on the list of things we do not do for a reason.

What you are actually buying

The process behind these numbers, what AI does and does not do here, and the list of things we will not do to win the work.

How we work

Not sure which tier this is?

That is the call. Thirty minutes and you will have a number, or an honest no.
